2012-01-27 澳大利亚 Green Cape
Random Wall Between Ss City Of Sydney And Ss New GuineaRandom wall we found while going to the SS City of Sydney. The fisherman were on the wreck, so rather than heading back to the New Guinea marks which we didn't trust we decided to do the wall we found on the sounder. it's basically off the point between the two wrecks and starts at about 24m and rises up to around 14m. Turned out to be a really nice wall with a good amount of fish life, and even some kelp beds. Few port jacksons as well as a catshark. Overall it was quite a good dive. Would have been even better with good vis.

Ss YongalaGood dive with the vis down a little from the first first dive but with an additional nudi, maybe a Spanish dancer. It was pretty big and the right shape, but I didn't get a torch on it to see if it went the right colour. Went to find the bullsharks but didn't find them.

The GantryQuick little dive, only chewed up about 70 bar as it was pretty shallow on the day. No wide stride as you'd bottom out. Only about 1.5m deep under the gantry. Went out around the point and did a loop back. Got a little tangled up in fishing line on the way back in. Dived with CP on this one. Ok dive, but it would have been a lot better if there was a bit more water.

The Gravel LoaderGood dive with some nice cuttlefish, the usual big globe fish, occys, and old wives. The highlight of the dive was finding a sheet of metal that was covered with cuttlefish eggs. Plenty of little cuttlefish as well.
